Shipping/Refund Policy

Our Shipping Policy:

We here at Summer's Candles know you want your order as fast as possible, we ship orders within 24 hours of ordering. Items will be delivered by USPS Ground so you will receive your order within 7 days of ordering, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Unfortunately at this time we can only ship within the U.S.A. and Canada.

Our Refund Policy:

As our candles are handcrafted in small batches, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reach out to us at summerscentedcandles@gmail.com.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items. We will notify you once we've reviewed your claim, and let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
